Ultimately About People

Net Neutrality passed yesterday

All the pro-internet regulators are now celebrating. They’re throwing their parties. They’re looking forward to the coming period of prosperity.

For you and me, that’s just not the case.

Well, guess what…this isn’t a huge loss.

See, this isn’t a movement of policies. I’m certainly not here to offer new regulatory suggestions. If I was, I’d be working my way up the political ladder.

There’s a reason why I’m not interested in political candidacy.

No, I’m here to win people over.

That’s what the movement is all about.

If we were about policies and politicians we’d be lobbying Congress.

But that’s not what this is about.

This is ultimately about people. And I’m going to act accordingly.

So yes, the FCC screwed us over for more regulations and corporate lobbyists. But guess what?

As long as we win people over, we’ll ultimately win.

Don’t panic, it’ll be fine in the long run.
